Teams should consist of 2 to 3 members and one coach, with a strong recommendation for 3 members to optimize teamwork and delegation.

Teams may use any robotics kit, Lego, MicroBit or any other, to develop their innovative robots and robotic solutions.

Future Innovators & Engineers Categories
Teams may use any robotics kit, Lego, MicroBit or any other, to develop their innovative robots and robotic solutions.

Coaching and Team Dynamics
A coach and three team members are mandatory for managing the workload effectively. Teams lacking a coach will not be eligible for official WRO event registration. Coaches are granted complimentary access to WRO Pakistan’s National event while the registration fee for coaches is the same as team members at international WRO competitions.

Training
Teams seeking WRO trainers should reach out to local Robotics training providers or STEM & Robotics Clubs if their institution does not provide training.

Financial Responsibilities
All team related expenses for participation in WRO Pakistan National and (where applicable) WRO International competitions, including the coach’s accommodation and travel, are to be equally shared among all team members.

National Competition & International Opportunities
Winners of the WRO Pakistan National Competition 2026 will advance to the International Final (TBD). Additionally, team spots for the WRO Open Championship(s) are available on a first-come, first-served basis, pending valid passport submissions.

Financials for International Events
Costs and deadlines for the WRO International Final and Open Championship will be communicated in due course. Teams are advised to adhere strictly to submission and payment deadlines to accommodate visa processing time.
