Composition: Teams should consist of 2 to 3 members and one coach, with a strong recommendation for 3 members to optimize teamwork and delegation.

RoboMission Category: Teams are required to have either a Lego Mindstorms NXT, EV3, Spike Prime, or Robot Inventor kit, along with the WRO Brickset & Expansion Set for constructing game elements.

Future Innovators & Engineers Categories: Participants may use any robotics kit, Lego or otherwise, to develop their innovative robotic solutions.

Coaching and Team Dynamics: A coach and three team members are mandatory for managing the workload effectively. Teams lacking a coach will not be eligible for official WRO event registration. Coaches are granted complimentary access to WRO Pakistan’s National event.

Training: Teams seeking preparation assistance should reach out to local Robotics training providers or STEM & Robotics Clubs.

Financial Responsibilities: Expenses, including the coach’s accommodation and travel, are to be equally shared among all team members.

Registration Fee for 2025: The fee is Rs 80,000, payable via online bank transfer upon registration. Secure a Rs 20,000 early bird discount by registering before March 30, 2025. Registrations on March 31 revert to the standard fee.

National Competition & International Opportunities: Winners of the WRO Pakistan National Competition 2025 will advance to the International Final in Singapore, from November 26-28, 2025. Additionally, the WRO Open Championship in Philippines, from September 2025, is open to teams on a first-come, first-served basis, pending valid passport submissions.

Financials for International Events: Costs and deadlines for the WRO International Final and Open Championship will be communicated in due course. Teams are advised to adhere strictly to submission and payment deadlines to accommodate visa processing times.
